A0 – A60 Heavy Duty Single Hinged (Blast) Door
Heavy duty, single leaf, hinged, external gas tight A60 fire door. Designed to meet the requirements in SOLAS 74 and IMO FTP code.
Door Leaf
Steel box section design with angle profile stiffened and insulated with ceramic board to meet A60 rating. Reinforced hinges, door closer and the optional panic bar.
Door Frame
The frame is pre-drilled for bolted installation, alternative: welded installation.
Materials
Mild steel finished with multi layered offshore paint system, SS316
Hardware
Heavy duty Stainless Steel.
Operation
Manually, electrically or pneumatically operated.
Certification
Type approval by Lloyds Register, ABS and USCG

Heavy duty, double leaf, hinged, external weather and gas tight A60 fire door. GADAM doors are designed to meet the requirements in SOLAS 74 and IMO FTP code.

Door Frame
The frame is pre-drilled for bolted installation, alternative; welded installation. Frame design is a Z-profile frame. Alternative frame can be discussed.
Materials
Mild steel finish with multi layered offshore paint system, SS316 glass blasted finish or SS316 finished with multi layered offshore paint system.
Hinges
Standard 2 x 3 hinges welded or bolted.
Hardware
Heavy duty Stainless Steel.
Operation
Manually, electrically or pneumatically operated.
Certification
Type approved by Lloyds Register, ABS and USCG. Alternative certification authorities (project approval) available on request.
